Our host in Tordouet, France

It's not everyday you meet a 'Renaissance Man' but let me tell you, we did and it was a real treat. We stayed in the countryside of Normandy in the village/commune of Tordouet. Our cottage host, Didier, (he's the one in the flip-flops) was incredibly gracious. As

it turns out, he is a visionary, architect, builder, interior designer, and a most hospitable gentleman who not only purchased, designed, built and decorated his property but also became our personal tour aficionado. With his expert advise we went on to see the sights, sounds, color and humanity that is Normandy.
