The Travel Group is fully accredited and licensed and our agents are all certified travel professionals (or on the way to becoming fully certified). As owner of this agency I take pride in knowing that the clients we work with will be serviced by the best of the best. Most of my agents have graduate degrees in a number of different specialties.
We've all taken our work here at The Travel Group very seriously and trained with all the major cruise lines and vacation booking sites including Disney. We've spent countless hours researching all-inclusive resorts and a multitude of 'travel agent only' websites. Our expertise in the travel business should not surprise you ... we are life-long learners with an acute knowledge of the business. All of us are travelers and most of the places we recommend have been personally vetted by at least one of us.
Our travel planning services are free to you with very few exceptions. Sometimes we work with consolidators for airline ticket bookings/purchases. We do that so all the tickets purchased on your behalf and for your group will be on the same flight and sold to everyone in the group for the same price. This service has an associated fee which you will know about prior to the ticket purchase.
